HMRC have begun sending out people’s individual claim dates for the fourth SEISS grant. If you believe you are eligible, which means you are suffering reduced demand because of Covid or are temporarily unable to trade, you can make the claim using your government gateway. Agents can’t do this for you, but can answer any questions you may have.
Check if you are eligible for the third Self Employed Income Support Grant and claim by the 29th January.
If you opted to defer your VAT payment to March 2021, you now have the option to pay that amount in 12 monthly installments p to 31 March 2022.
More help for the self employed with two more SEISS grants available, the first being increased to 80% of average earnings. The online claim service will be available from 30 November.
